To ensure their strong growth, we are looking for a Quality Engineer (M/F).
Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, your role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by leading quality initiatives, resolving issues, and driving operational quality. Reporting to the Factory Quality Manager, you are responsible for the two main products manufactured on site.
Your main responsibilities are:
Quality Systems Management & Continuous Improvement
- Implement, review and enhance quality system procedures to align with company strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Act as the liaison regarding quality performance and improvement activities.
- Manage and improve the customer complaint process ensuring consistent quality feedback.
- Conduct quality audits, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans.
- Lead teams/projects related to complaint investigation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and cost reduction projects, using Six Sigma and other quality tools.
- Promote a strong quality culture with best practice sharing.
Field Operations & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure customer complaints resolution by analyzing root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage the supplier nonconformities and collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality of procured materials and parts.
- Oversee internal nonconformities and assess the risks associated with requests for deviation, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Lead scrap analysis, addressing production quality issues, and ensuring improvement of operational quality.
Profile
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality (engineering) in a manufacturing environment.
- You demonstrate experience in an industrial environment with high level of standard and quality.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, solution-driven and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
