We’re currently looking for a Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team and help scale their impact across the industry.
Responsibilities
As a Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you leverage industrial data and AI to optimize the monitoring of critical equipment. Thanks to a predictive maintenance system, you help customers maximize the availability of their machines. You interpret and make accessible these analyses to guide their decisions. On-site visits enable you to understand their installations and explain your recommendations. You also support them in their transition to Industry 4.0 in terms of maintenance.
Your main missions: combine technology, data and customer relations!
- Leverage AI and industrial data to anticipate critical machine failures.
- Translate these analyses into clear recommendations to maximize equipment availability.
- Conduct site visits to better understand customer assets and refine predictive models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve their algorithms and refine their solution.
- Be a trusted partner for manufacturers, helping them to integrate predictive maintenance into their 4.0 strategy.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field (mechanical, electrical or electromechanical or industrial engineering, for example).
- You have an Industrial experience in maintenance with a good understanding of existing predictive maintenance technology, more specifically vibration analysis (ideally CAT II vibration level certification or higher).
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of AC power and electrical machines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Dutch is a bonus.
- Be able to talk with customers and turn their concerns into solutions.
- Good adaptability and result-oriented skills.
