INSENS is an innovative company that develops predictive maintenance monitoring and energy optimization solutions to reduce unplanned production downtime and to support industrial partners in a more sustainable and efficient energy use.

The company's headquarters are based in Louvain-la-Neuve. To strengthen their growth, we are currently looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer (M/F).
Responsibilities
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will participate in the development of the RED web platform and manage a team of developers. You will maintain and develop the cloud infrastructure by working with the various in-house teams.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Oversee the design, implementation and deployment of the RED web platform: both backend using Python Django and frontend using React.
- Continue to develop and scale our cloud infrastructure system.
- Support and improve the interface between our edge devices and our cloud infrastructure system.
- Work closely with other technical teams and the customer success team to ensure customers have a seamless experience with our application.
- Lead a team of developers and will report directly to the CTO of Insens.
Profile
- You have a Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
- You have 3 years' experience in building and maintaining web applications.
- You have experience with Python and Django, Javascript (React), Bash, SQL, Git, Docker...
- You are familiar with relational database concepts and ideally have experience with PostgreSQL.
- You have excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- You have experience with cloud services and infrastructure (on AWS is a plus).
- You are fluent in French or Dutch, as well as English.
- You are autonomous, organized, creative and adaptable.
