To ensure their strong growth, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F).
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and lead various projects in the field of high and medium voltage and/or automation for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Coordinate all operational activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including budget management and profitability tracking.
- Plan and monitor project progress to meet established deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout project execution.
- Select and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and subcontractors, followed by their coordination and follow-up.
- Manage project documentation by preparing and sharing all relevant technical specifications with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with clients to achieve customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of project engineers and subcontractors.
- Embody the company’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering (or a related technical field).
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in the electricity sector, ideally in high or medium voltage projects.
- You demonstrate experience in site management and project coordination.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both orally and in writing.
- You exhibit excellent organizational skills, an analytical mindset, good communication and a solid sense of commercial insight.
