Osivax has offices in France (Headquarters in Lyon) and Belgium (Affiliate in Liège). It is a growing company with over 40 employees. Their offices in Liège host about 10 employees including Clinical Operations and a Quality Control laboratory.

As part of the development of their clinical trials in Europe and worldwide, we are looking for a: Intern – in-house Clinical Research Associate – Liège (M/F)


Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you will join and support the Clinical Operations team in the deployment of clinical trials at both local and international levels. You will contribute to the success of innovative vaccine research from initiation to closure.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with the research team and clinical partners.
  • Contribute to feasibility, selection, and qualification of sites.
  • Collaborate to the preparation of necessary documents.
  • Participate in the setup of clinical trials.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Update the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external teams and partners.

Profile

  • You are under a student status and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Trials or a related field.
  • Organized, methodical, and rigorous.
  • Curious, capable of researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
  • Enjoy working in multidisciplinary and international environment.
  • Fluent in English. Speaking French or Dutch is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
