To strengthen their growth, we are currently recruiting an (m/f): Industrialisation & Process Engineer.


Responsibilities

As an Industrialisation & Process Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing manufacturing processes on Calyos products and systems within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operation Manager, you support the development and industrialisation of new and existing products, ensuring they meet specified performance and quality standards.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for Calyos' thermal management solutions.
  • Design, implement, and improve assembly and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale-up new technologies from prototype to mass production.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements in manufacturing.
  • Managing maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
  • Work with suppliers and 3rd party production partners to enhance supply chain and production capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrialization, preferably in thermal management.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control and process optimization.
  • Experience with ODM manufacturing practices and transfer to third party manufacturers.
  • You can troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • You are detail-oriented, analytical, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are a team player, willing to join a passionate and devoted team.
  • You are fluent in French and in English (both written and spoken).
